Pre-meeting

For the new customers, we do a meeting before the date of petsitter. Our animal handling manager go directly your home and greet your family and also your pet.※１Then, we will provide you with detailed information about fees, the day’s flow of the sitter, details of care in line with your desires.

You can ask me any anxious things or any questions if you have. After you understand every things, we will contract each other. It is okay to apply later.

※１In the case of only walking course, we will do meeting by the call or e-mail only.

The day of pet sitter

We do care your pet in your house according to the pre-meeting.

We will report you a picture and video timely how we care and how pet spend a time.

We can rent you a pet-camera, if you want. Also, we can do a live via zoom during the sitter service, so you can as me during the meeting.

Return of key

We return the key that we get in the pre-meeting in the desired way.

The way of returning the key is hand over, post, delivery.

※we do not keep your key if only walking course.
